Mission

Welcome!

Our Mission is to:

1) promote godly music according to biblical standards,

2) educate Christians about how certain musical techniques affect us for good or for bad,

3) define moral and immoral musical techniques,

4) encourage a closer walk with the Lord Jesus Christ as we "press on" toward our sanctification,

5) demonstrate how our choice of music either accurately or inaccurately portrays the true holiness of God.

Three books which answer your questions about today's Christian music:

Music and Morals discusses scientific proof that music is not amoral, and that it does affect us positively or negatively. For chapter summaries, see "Music and Morals" page.

Endorsements:

"...hits at the very heart of the CCM controversy today: the neutrality of music. While CCM proponents have given little or no evidence to support the amorality of music, they have accepted this major tenet without question. If this argument falls, the entire house of cards set up by the CCM community falls as well...Well documented."  Tim Fisher, Founder and President of Sacred Music Services

"Kimberly Smith has the resources, and has done the research, that is necessary to comprehend the works of music scholars...Understandable and readable...even a non-musician can understand." Dr. Frank Garlock, Founder and CEO of Majesty Music

"As a Christian counselor, I have seen the connection between sensual "Christian" music and moral failure...This book will not only be a tremendous help to pastors and counselors, but to every Christian family that desires to raise godly children." Dr. Jim Logan, International Center for Biblical Counseling of Iowa, Inc.
